Mr. Mohammed Saoud is the Head of Assessment at CERT, supporting the organisation’s assessment and testing initiatives and helping ensure learners have access to effective, high-quality assessment opportunities.
As part of the CERT–TOEFL strategic agreement, his role is connected to expanding access to internationally recognised English-language assessment across the UAE. The initiative aims to support students in demonstrating their English proficiency and progressing toward global education and career opportunities.
